Where do you ship?
Anywhere in the United States by USPS. Orders over $45 ship free; under that, shipping is calculated at checkout by weight. We're working on Canada next.
How long does it take?
We pack orders within 2 business days, then USPS takes 2 to 5 days depending on where you are. You'll get a tracking number by email the moment it ships.
What if a bath bomb arrives broken?
Email us a photo within a week and we'll send a replacement, no questions. Bath bombs are fragile and we wrap them carefully, but the post office is the post office.
Can I return them?
For hygiene reasons we can't take back opened bath bombs. If something is wrong with your order, tell us and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
How should I store them?
Somewhere cool and dry, in the wrapper, away from the shower. Humidity is what makes a bath bomb go soft. They're best within six months.
Are they safe for kids and sensitive skin?
Our ingredients are simple and listed on every product page. Everyone's skin is different, so if you react to a scent or a color, stop using it. Not for use by children under 3, and little ones should have a grown-up around at bath time.
Will they stain my tub?
No. We use mineral colorants in small amounts. A quick rinse after your bath is all it takes. The tub can be a little slippery, so step carefully.
